No Returns Accepted - Exchanges Only

Please read all information

 

In order to process the exchange of an item, you have a period of 5 days from the day you receive your order.

 

1. You must call 346-364-8134 or send a text message indicating the reason for the exchange only with your order number and purchase receipt. 

 

2. Wait for approval.

Please consider that we are not responsible for items sent to Store without prior authorization from the staff at K.E.J YOUTIQUE If the exchange is accepted, a 15% restock fee, of the ticket value of the item to be exchange, will be charged for operating expenses. If and when exchanges are approved, you must do the following: 

 

3. Send items back with tracking and insurance (USPS Priority Mail) because we cannot exchange lost or mis-directed packages. USPS Priority Mail gives you $50 of insurance free of charge but if the item is more, it is best to purchase additional insurance to equal the value of the item(s) in the event they are lost or damaged.

The item to be exchanged must be in perfect condition, without signs of use, with the original tags intact and in original packaging. Attach a note in the package that includes your name, telephone number and email to contact you upon receipt of the item. Shipping costs are at your own expense. We recommend that you pay attention to the status of your shipment so that you can communicate to K.E.J YOUTIQUE when your package is delivered so that we are able to proceed with the exchange. 

 

•Damages and issues- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately to the email address if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Upon receiving the item, we will confirm that it is in perfect condition to proceed with the exchange, according to our stock in store.

 

 

 If there is no item in stock for which you wish to make the exchange, you will be given a credit for the purchase value of the exchanged item (less 15%). Same that can be used in a period of 7 days from the receipt of your item at K.E.J YOUTiQUE. 

 

We do not refund for any reason.

 

 Online purchase can also be exchanged only in store for all my local customers.
